CASC Seacats swim locally in Springfield, IL. CASC swimmers practice at both Columbian Aquatics Center (KC Pool) and Eisenhower Pool depending on their group assignment and time of day.
There are four practice groups available based on swimmer skill and practice intensity. Swimmers will be placed in groups by coaching staff, and some swimmers will change groups throughout the season. We also have practice times available for swimmers not participating on Seacats.
If you are new to the program please contact the coach about your swimmer placement. In addition to regular swim practice schedule, the team offers additional optional dryland practice, as well as a few team run days. Find out more information in the 'Additional Practice' tab.
