1.General Practice Changes
As mentioned in a previous email, practices will resume as normal Monday morning. All July 3rd 7-9 AM groups will be moved to Columbian Aquatics Center. ALL PRACTICES on July 4th will be CANCELED.

1. Tonight's meet (06/22) will be held at panther creek country club. All swimmers must be there no later than 5:15 and in the water at 5:30. I have attached the entry sheet below.
2. Next week we will be hosting the end of season Seacats team party directly…

Warmups will begin at 5:00 for the gold, silver, and bronze groups. Warmups will begin at 5:30 for little cat groups. If you are unsure when your swimmer should warm up you can find your swimmers warmup group assignments attached. Everyone needs…
