Paperwork

You'll need to make sure you have the following documents turned in:

1. CASC Registration (this is done online and includes our photo release form, liability waiver, and emergency contact forms)

$165 per swimmer (raising $175 in 2023)

2. Apparel Form

3. Meet Sign-Ups (These are done online through the 'Meet Sign Up' tab)

4. Extended Season Sign-Up Form (This part of the season is optional, but recommended for swimmers who will be participating in club season in the fall)

Practice

What Your Swimmer Needs For Practice

Every swimmer will need a practice suit, cap, goggles, and a water bottle for practice.

Practice suit: This is a suit that your swimmer will use for practicing every day, but it's not as tight as their racing suit.

Cap: Every swimmer will need a cap for practice. Caps will be available for purchase from the coaches at any time.

Goggles: If you're in need of goggles, Kid's Frame goggles will be available for purchase from the coaches for $10.

Water bottles: Every swimmer is expected to have a water bottle with them on deck.

***If your swimmer is participating in optional dryland practice, please check the dryland tab for additional information and essentials needed for practice. 


Practice Times

**Please arrive at the pool at least ten minutes before your designated practice time, so your swimmer can be in the water when practice is scheduled to start. If you're new to the team, send the coach an email to be assigned a practice group.**

Gold Group Practice Schedule 

7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Monday-Friday (Eisenhower Pool)

7:00am to 9:00 a.m. Saturday (Comlumbian Aquatic Center)

Silver Group Practice Schedule 

7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Monday-Friday (Eisenhower Pool)

7:00am to 9:00 a.m. Saturday (Comlumbian Aquatic Center)

Bronze Group Practice Schedule 

9:00 to 10:30 a.m. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday (Columbian Aquatic Center)

Lil' Cats Group Practice Schedule

9:00 to 10:30 a.m. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday (Columbian Aquatic Center)

Night Class (Available to ALL Groups and additional swimmers not on Seacats)

5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday (Eisenhower Pool)

Swim Meets

Swimmers should be on dressed and on the pool deck fifteen minutes before scheduled warm-up time. No outside food or drinks will be allowed at any meets this year. Swimmers should know their events prior to the meet, as they will be posted at the pool, on the website, and on the app. For more information about swim meets, check the 'Swim Meet 101' tab.

What to Bring:

  • racing suit
  • caps
  • goggles
  • several towels
  • chairs (for away meets, we will have seating at home meets)
  • water bottle, gatorade, healthy snacks
  • positive attitude and your game face!

Home Meets:

Meet Start @ 6pm

Gold, and Silver groups Warm-Ups: 5:00pm

Bronze and Lil' Cats Groups Warm-Ups: 5:00pm

  • Please arrive at the pool at least fifteen minutes before your scheduled warm-up time.
  • When you arrive with your swimmer, send them to their warm-ups lane as soon as they're dressed. 
  • Find seating in the designated CASC spectator area.
  • Your swimmer's event cards (notecards that tell you what event number and lane they're in) will be handed out to you. 
  • Once the meet starts, swimmers ages 12 and under will be in a bullpen, which means they will be lined up and taken to their events by a coach. If your swimmer is 12 or under, please pay attention for when their event is called. If your swimmer is 13 or older, they are responsible for following the meet and getting to their lanes on time.
  • After the meet, swimmers are responsible for cleaning up their area and collecting their belongings. 

Away Meets:

Weekday Meets: All groups warm-up at 5:30pm - Meet start at 6pm 

Weekend Meets: All groups warm-up at 8:30am - Meet start at 9am
